To Any Who Can Help, My name is Gregor Marsk, and I fear my employer has fallen under dark influence. Master Aldric visited the House of Open Hands on Candlekeep Road after suffering wounds from bandits. Sister Lilith healed him completely—or so we thought. Days later, he began bleeding from wounds that shouldn't exist. His palms and forehead weep blood like stigmata, but wrong. Unnatural. He speaks constantly of "Mercy" and "giving the gift," as if in a trance. Three days ago, he left for the monastery with five others—all bearing the same marks. I followed but heard terrible chanting from within. I am ashamed to say I fled. Something evil has taken root at the House of Open Hands. Please, someone must investigate.
