Operation: Island Storm, Part 1 (PARTICIPATING IN PART 1 WILL LOCK YOU OUT OF PART 2, AND VICE VERSA))

(PART 1 = INFILTRATION AND INTEL GATHERING, PART 2 = INFILTRATION AND HIT BASED ON INFO FROM PART 1) This is it: the guild’s most dangerous operation yet. Some of you may not return. A cost we’re prepared to pay. In recent weeks our operatives along the Sword Coast have been struck down in lightning-fast attacks. The losses have crippled operations; all contracts are suspended until this threat is neutralized. Intelligence points to a new faction calling themselves the Crimson Syndicate. We know little about them, only that the crew of the Wavecrest reported a fortress materializing on an island to the southwest, roughly two days’ sail. We will execute a two-pronged operation: one team will infiltrate the island, map the fortress, and extract any actionable intelligence; the other will stage a direct assault to eliminate the Syndicate’s leadership and seize documents or artefacts that can cripple them. Expect heavy losses if you’re discovered. Don’t be discovered.
